Welcome! My name is Marcela R Cepeda. I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. In 2011 i graduated from Utep with a bachelor of arts in Criminal Justice/ Psychology. I took some time off from the workforce while i got married, had my three kids, and bought my first house!
